Here at Paw Padz we are dedicated to ensuring your pet has a safe, fun, and calm experience. We will pamper your pet just like our own. We realize pets and their parents have anxiety about being apart. Everyone wants their babies back in an hour, but we take our time to keep a relaxed environment.


At Paw Padz, we have a check-in procedure that requires all dogs to be dropped off in the morning at your appointed time. Once everyone is settled, we begin bath time. After all clients are bathed and dried they get a potty break. Then we start the grooming process. Each client receives full attention during their groom. After the groom, they get a 2nd potty break and you will receive a call for your baby to go home. Because we want all dogs to have the time they deserve, pick-up times may vary. All dogs are different and because of this may require more time than we planned for. Things such as matting, anxiety, or a potty accident may cause delays. For our smaller clients, we will strive to start sending home around 1:00 and after, and for our larger clients 3:00 and after. Please wait for a phone call to let you know that your pet is ready for home. When you arrive to pick up your furry friend, please call 423-790-5228 to let me know you are here to pick up your baby.

We do not offer online booking at this time.
If you need to cancel or change your grooming appointment please call us 24 hours in advance.


If you can not make your appointment and did not contact us 24 hours prior a charge equal to half the cost of the groom will be applied to cover the time.
